Opening Reflection

Some people polish their masks until they gleam like righteousness, yet every breath they exhale carries the sour stink of calculation. They believe distance and smiles can bury motive. They are wrong. The energetic field does not forget; it only waits for permission to speak plainly. This working is not vengeance—it is disclosure. A clean, merciless mirror held at eye level until the varnish cracks and the rot beneath becomes visible to every witness. You do not strike. You simply stop absorbing the lie and hand the weight back, unsoftened.

Invocation

Let every hidden intent rise naked into daylight, unhidden, undeniable.

Method

Sit where you will not be disturbed. Place a small hand mirror face-up beneath a single white candle—nothing fancy, drugstore is fine. Light the wick and stare into the flame until your eyes water. Speak the person’s name once, aloud, like dropping a stone into still water. Then begin: ‘All that you meant in secret, let it now be spoken on you in public. Let every glance you cast in shadow return as a spotlight on your face. Let the taste of your own motives coat your tongue when you smile. Let colleagues hear the echo of what you whispered, let friends feel the chill of what you planned in warmth.’

Breathe slowly. With each exhale, imagine a thin silver thread pulling from your chest toward the mirror, dragging every swallowed word, every forced politeness, every silent resentment back to its source. Do not rush. Let the candle burn down at least halfway; the longer it burns, the clearer the reflection becomes for others. When the flame gutters, tip the wax onto the mirror’s surface so it cools into an uneven film. This is the mask cracking. Carry the mirror in a pocket or bag for nine days. You will not use it to look at yourself. Others will suddenly see what was always there.

Closure & Aftercare

On the ninth day, wash the mirror under cold running water while saying: ‘What was seen cannot be unseen. What was returned is no longer mine.’ Dry it gently, wrap in white cloth, and store face-down. Drink water. Eat something solid. Write every shift you notice in the dynamic—do not interpret, simply record. The work is done when you feel bored by their name instead of tight.

Safety Notes

If obsessive thoughts arise, ground immediately with food and touch. Release is the goal, not fixation.
